The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes walk from all major sights, offering average-sized, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly, although slightly distant at times. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide range of breakfast options. A great value for the money overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although quite warm and reminiscent of an economy room, was too hot and noisy due to the trams and cars outside all night. On the bright side, the service was outstanding with lovely and friendly staff, especially Carla at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help arrange taxis and restaurant reservations. The location was a great spot, with helpful and accommodating front office staff, Randy and Sabrino. However, the dining experience was not up to the expected standards, lacking a clear list of hot food items on offer.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were not only spotless but also so comfy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While the dining experience left a bit to be desired due to limited breakfast options, the overall stay was worth it. I loved the well-kept pool area, and the location was just perfect with easy access to all the major attractions.

Despite some room issues, the location was perfect, being near the Duomo and within walking distance of major sights. However, transportation to the main station required a 20-minute walk, although the nearest metro was only 10 minutes away. The dining experience was good with a variety of food options, especially at breakfast, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking. The service was exceptional, especially for a non-Italian speaker like me, with Carla at the front desk going above and beyond to help arrange my schedule and provide recommendations. The location was the hotel's strongest point, right in the heart of Milan, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the dining options, while good, lacked variety that one would expect from a 4-star establishment.
